The girls are wanting to use the drink as a toost so it can be a cocktail or punch...
I am searching for a periwinkle colored cocktail or punch for a wedding does anyone know of one?
might try a blue lady:
1 1/2 gin
1/2 blue curacoa (varied according to the color you want)
1 cream
shaken with ice and strained, served "up" in martini glasses.
For taste, if I were you I might add a hefty shot of white creme de cacao.
And keep in mind if that is too blue, you can add a little chambord to alter the color (experiment). Chambord is a little pricey, but any drink it makes its way into tastes devine!

NOUN:
1: Any of several shrubby, trailing, evergreen plants of the genus Vinca, especially V. minor, having glossy,*! dark green,!* opposite leaves and flowers with a *!blue!*, funnel-shaped corolla. Also called myrtle .
2: Any of several erect herbs of the genus Catharanthus, especially C. roseus, having flowers with a *!rose-pink!* or
*! white!* salverform corolla and a closed throat.
3: A *!pale purplish blue!*
I have NO idea what color that is..Green blue rose purple???
Reply:Blanc de noir champagne (has a light pink hue) with a little shot of blueberry liquer should be about that color and taste good too. Put the liquer in the glass, then fill with champagne
Prosecco (slightly sweet Italian sprakling wine) and white peach puree is the classic Bellini. This is just a twist on that.
Don't bother with expensive champagne for this.
Reply:Choose a light or no-color punch recipe. Add a drop or two of blue food coloring and stir until you get a pleasant light blue color. Then add one drop of red, to get the periwinkle color. (Depending on the volume of liquid, it may take more than one drop, but be careful to add only one drop at a time and stir after each. Too much red and you will get purple.)
If you happen to select a light pink punch recipe, you can add the blue food coloring only. Again, stir after the addition of each drop in order to not over-color the punch.
Reply:Blue curacao (pronounced - cure-a-sow) is a blue liqueur and it's the flavour of oranges. It goes well with soda water or something like 7-up. It will maintain its colour that way. Using pineapple juice will taste good but turn it green from the blue and yellow colour combination.
