Where can i purchese Periwinkle plants?
You might consider your local garden center. There are also many resources online for you seed needs. Periwinkle (vinca) are easy because they are somewhat invasive in that they spread and seed freely.

Reply:I assume where you are they are not too invasive. In parts of NZ they are considered an invasive weed pest
