Are periwinkles poisonous to DOGS? If so, do you know how poisonous?
I googles plants toxic dogs and most of the sites didn't list periwinkles. This site below lists the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center as the final source, so you might want to give them a call to be sure.

As long as it is not an emergency, I would wait and call your Vet on Monday or whenever they are open next. ASPCA will charge a $60 consulting fee. As I said , some sites listed it and some didn't so I would ask the Vet for a opinion.
