"It was observed that white periwinkle plants grow more along the beach than in land( a great distance from the beach). While pink periwinkle plants seem to grow anyhere else with the same abundancies. Why Is That? And how can i plan an experiment to test it?
Can You Explain This Delema?
This may be attributed to the dominance of the genes for pink periwinkle over white. We can also hypothesize that pollinators of the pink periwinkles seem to pollinate at a wider range of environment. We should know that pollination is dependent to flower color.
